The early European settlers referred to these tall Eucalypt trees as the 'Big Scrub' and remnants of these pristine, unpolluted forests can be found near Byron Bay along the Great Dividing Range of Eastern Australia. Not only does Eucalypt Honey taste fantastic, but it is also very good for your health. It is made up of natural sugars and minerals and is a completely natural product. Honey is high in antioxidants and is also a natural way to boost energy levels if taken prior to exercise and can assist in muscle recuperation after exercise.
