They are regarded as the 'Queens' of tablehoneys. Light amber in colour with good density, they have a most pleasing characteristic aroma and a delicate, mild flavour. Excellent in tea as a natural sweetener or as healthy spread on wholesome bread. Complying with Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Authority (FSANZ) and HACCP certified.
