Our bees are sourcing this rare honey from the floral nectar of the Australian macadamia nut tree grown along the pacific seaboard. Indigenous Aboriginals call these trees 'Kindal Kindal', which can grow up to 15 meters in height and originated in Australia. Kindal Kindal prefer rich volcanic and fertile soils in sub-tropical regions with high rainfall during the summer monsoon. The honey is light amber in colour with a sweet aroma and has a delicate nutty flavour. Tasting great on wholesome bread or with pancakes. Available in 325g, 500g and 1kg containers.
