We are here to supply you with authentic and 100% natural Australian honeys from the sub-tropical regions of the east coast. All our honeys have  distinct flavours and unique aromas. In accordance with the seasons they can differ: In winter they can be darker and stronger in flavour, e.g. coastal heath, whereas summer produces nectar for lighter and milder honeys as in Ironbark or Brushbox. With each jar of honey you will taste the different seasons and moods of our exotic landscape.
